México, Adelante
February 19, 2011 0 CommentsWhat are the main challenges in Mexico
for our generation?
What is our role in
fostering change? What are our
proposals?
Students from different
universities in the Boston/Cambridge are focusing
on developing responses to the challenges that
Mexico is facing. We consider that the next couple of years are
crucial for the success (or
failure) of our country.
In response to this
uneasiness, México,
Adelante is collaborative initiative led by HUMAs, Mexican
students from Harvard, Tufts, MIT, and Babson, and Harvard Club de
México. Through discussion spaces and student led projects, we seek
to maximize our positive impact in Mexico, now and in the future.
Our goal is to construct creative and inclusive solutions to
address our nation’s biggest challenges.
México,
Adelante will be
a series of events during 2011 including talks, workshops and round
tables sometimes with guest speakers from our country, some others
with students from the different schools. The main idea of
these events is to discuss our challenges, but most important to
discuss our role and proposals to address them.
We
will continue posting information about these events in this
website. Stay tuned.
The first series of events
starts next week! Join us!
